Please use our returns portal to submit your return and you will receive the address to send the item back to. International customers will not be provided a pre-paid label. You will be emailed if you are in violation of our modified policy. If your returns are above our company threshold, you may be subject to a modified return policy. If you choose to shop right away, we will provide you with an extra $10 bonus added to your credit amount. There will be a $10 shipping/handling fee on all returned items, excluding exchanges and store credit. Once a return has been initiated, you will have 14 days to return the item. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only. If your item is received and considered damaged, we will process a gift card instead of a refund. Any item returned after 14 days and within 30 days will receive a refund in the form of store credit. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED. We will gladly accept returns on unused merchandise purchased only on this site for a full refund within 14 days of the date received. Please click here to request an Exchange. Please pack all items in an appropriate shipping box or reuse the original packaging. Once an exchange has been initiated, you will have 14 days to return the item. We do not offer international exchanges at this time, refunds only. Shipping both ways are free for US customers only. We will gladly exchange your item for you or offer you store credit within 30 days of your purchasing date. Rates vary and are available during checkout. International Shipping will be shipped using UPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any Duties or Taxes. Duties and Taxes will be calculated at checkout. We ship to most international destinations but if you would like to purchase and do not see your Country listed at checkout, please email customer care to make shipping arrangements. Please also be aware that UPS is not currently guaranteeing delivery times. Due to COVID19, there is a 48-72 hour window for orders to leave our warehouse. Please note: Expedited shipping is based on the shipper’s service and not when it leaves the Electric & Rose warehouse. UPS expedited is available for an additional cost. For all other orders standard UPS Ground shipping is $10. Please note this does not change the processing time. If you need your item by a certain date, we always recommend upgrading to an expedited shipping method. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles and typically take three-five business days. ![]() Free standard shipping will be shipped using UPS Ground which will generally arrive between three-five business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. We process most orders in one-two business days (Monday-Friday). ![]()
